In a trade with the Aberdeen Proving Grounds, the Patton Museum received a Panzer IV G (F2) on July 31, 2008. The museum will be conducting a cosmetic restoration of this vehicle for display inside the museum by May 2009. Little is known about the history of this vehicle except it was captured in Tunisia in 1942 and sent to APG for evaluation.
