FIRE BASE HOFFMANN

Several Patton Museum volunteers set up a display representing a Vietnam War-era fire base called Fire Base Hoffmann at the Knob Creek Gun Range on October 14-16 to show weapons and equipment from this time period and to promote the new mission of the Patton Museum. Patton Sedan Goes
to Chicago Auto Show

General Patton's 1939 Cadillac Series 75 sedan is now on display at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show, the nation's largest and longest-running auto show. Go to the Volunteer News section to see photos of the sedan being prepared for its trip to Chicago and on display at the show.

Volunteer Fallschirmjager Reenactment Group
has New Web Site

The 3rd Division, 5th Regiment Fallschirmjager, which some Patton Museum volunteers belong to, now have a new web site. Please go to http://fjr5.weebly.com/ to learn more about this reenactment group.

The Patton Museum volunteers military art show was held January 28 - 29, 2012. Many visitors came to see the show and talk with the volunteers. Go to the Special Events and Exhibits section in the right column and click on to the Art of War link to see photos of this recent event.
